Deci.AI "CVPR" Raffle Terms

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the promotion raffle (the “Raffle”) held by Deci.ai Ltd. (the "Company") at the Event (as defined below).

1. Company will hold a raffle at its booth in the CVPR ("Event"). The raffle will take place at the Deci booth on June 23rd at 11 am.
   
   
2. An individual that signs up to the Raffle at the Event and that meets the criteria set at section 2 below will participate in the Raffle ("A Qualified Individual").
   
   
3. The Raffle is open to and individual meeting all of the terms below:
   
   a. Over the age of majority;
   b. Participated in the Event;
   c. Maintains a valid email business address and agrees to provide such address, including full name, job title, company name, and phone number to the Company subject to the privacy policy.
   d. Must be present at the booth 1009 during the raffle to be eligible to win.
   e. Employees of Company, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected to the Raffle may not participate in the Raffle.
   
   
4. During the Raffle, Company will randomly select 1 Qualified Individuals to win the Prize (the "Winner(s)").
   
   
5. In the event that Company deems a Qualified Individual to have in any way acted in bad faith with respect to the Raffle, such Qualified Individual shall be excluded from the Raffle and consequently ineligible to win the Prize.
   
   
6. The prize for winning the Raffle shall be as published by the Company in the Raffle (the “Prize”).
   
   
7. The Prize(s) shall be delivered to the Winners at the Event.
   
   
8. All of Company’s decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Raffle, the eligibility of Qualified Individuals, and awarding of the Prize(s) to the Winner(s), and shall not be subject to review, dispute or appeal by any Qualified Individual or by any third party.
   
   
9. The Prize cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
   
   
10. By entering the Raffle each Qualified Individual unreservedly agrees to these Terms which govern the Raffle and the awarding of the Prize.
    
    
11. By entering the Raffle each Qualified Individual agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Company from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Raffle, the Prize or the acceptance of the Prize, including, but not limited, to any physical damage that will be suffered or sustained as a result of using the Prize.
    
    
12. Using or operating the Prize is in the Winner sole and full responsibility
    
    
13. The Winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.
    
    
14. A Qualified Individual or Winner is not required to purchase any product or spend any sum of money in order to be eligible for the above Prize.
    
    
15. Company reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole discretion, if the Raffle is not capable of being conducted as set out in these Terms.
    
    
16. Any information you submit as part of the Raffle will be treated in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
    
    
17. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
